Intro
Pilates Class

 

At Club Pilates, we believe that Pilates is for every type of body. We uphold Joseph Pilates’ vision: our passion is to help people feel great. The Club Pilates Intro Class is the perfect way to experience Pilates and our studio! Enjoy a 30-minute, full-body session with one of our talented instructors – each of whom has completed over 500 hours of comprehensive Pilates training. This session is a great intro to our equipment, the studio, the workout, and our amazing staff.

 

Feet

What to Wear

You'll want to wear breathable, form-fitting clothing. Long hair should be tied back and dangling accessories removed for safety. Club Pilates requires grip socks to be worn in class - any brand of non-skid socks will do. These are available for purchase at the studio

Water bottle

What to Bring

Club Pilates studios are equipped with Flowater filtered water dispensers, so bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated! You may also choose to bring a sweat towel. Everything else is provided!

When to Arrive

Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in, take a quick tour of the studio, complete your liability waiver, and get prepared for class.

What to Say

Your instructor will ask you about any old injuries, sensitive spots, or conditions that might need modifications. Be honest! If a movement is painful, it's fine not to do it, or to do a modified version while your body becomes used to Pilates.

At Club Pilates, Reformer-based group classes are complemented by TriggerPoint, TRX®, Springboard, Chair and other equipment designed to build strength, mobility and stability.
